You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email headtopuk@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send you instructions. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the item. If anything arrives faulty or wrong, contact us within 7 days and we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
